Obafemi Awolowo University, OAU, Ife, Osun State has lost an outstanding genius, Folashade Salako, the overall best graduating student from the Faculty of Pharmacy of the academic institution in 2019.
She also emerged winner of a young pharmacy competition in 2019 after defeating 360 other candidates in Lagos.
She died this morning during a surgery after sustaining a head injury from a car accident. May her gentle soul rest in peace to peace.
