President Bola Tinubu on Wednesday stumbled and fell as he climbed into the back of a parade vehicle at Eagles Square on Wednesday.
Mr Tinubu fell face down during the commemoration of the June 12 Democracy Day.
It was unclear from the video of his fall whether he was caught in the web of his flowing agbada, causing a misstep or that he was battling an unsteady gait due to possible ill health.
The guards around him were unable to prevent the Nigerian president from taking a stumble and hitting the floor of the vehicle.
