As Muslims across the globe mark the Eid al-Kabir celebration, former Special Adviser to Governor Seyi Makinde on Local Government and Chieftaincy Matters and House of Representatives hopeful for Ibadan North Federal Constituency, Hon. Kazim Adeyinka Adeniyi Bibire, has extended warm greetings to the Muslim Ummah in Ibadan North, Oyo State, and beyond.

In his goodwill message, Bibire emphasized the importance of the festival as a period of reflection, sacrifice, and deep commitment to faith and humanity.

He noted that Eid al-Kabir is not merely a religious celebration, but a symbolic reminder of Prophet Ibrahim’s (AS) obedience, faith, and willingness to sacrifice.

“Eid al-Kabir is more than a celebration, it’s a moral instruction to all of us, particularly those in leadership, to uphold service, compassion, and justice,” Bibire said.

The PDP chieftain urged Muslims to use the season to renew their spiritual commitments and show love and support to the underprivileged.

He also prayed for the continued unity of Nigeria and success of Governor Seyi Makinde’s administration.

“As we observe this important festival, I call on everyone to remain peaceful, law-abiding, and focused on building a better society for all,” he added.

Bibire concluded by praying that Allah accept the sacrifices of the Muslim faithful and bless every home with joy, peace, and divine favor.
