Hon. Aderemi Oseni, Chairman, Committee on Federal Roads Maintenance Agency (FERMA), has congratulated Nigeria’s First Lady, Sen. Oluremi Tinubu, on the celebration of her 65th birthday.
In a statement by his media aide, Idowu Ayodele, at the weekend and made available to journalists in Ibadan, the lawmaker representing Ibarapa East/Ido Federal Constituency described the First Lady as “a woman of rare virtue, resilience and compassion, whose life has been dedicated to service, nation-building and the upliftment of humanity.”
The APC chieftain lauded Sen. Tinubu’s consistent contributions to national growth, noting that she had inspired women, youths, and leaders with her exemplary lifestyle both in and outside politics.
He said: “Your Excellency’s 65th birthday is not just a celebration of age but a testimony to God’s grace upon your life and an affirmation of your unwavering commitment to national development and social justice.”
The lawmaker also commended the First Lady’s philanthropic drives, stressing that her initiatives had brought hope to widows, orphans, and indigent students across the country.
According to him, “Sen. Oluremi Tinubu has remained a source of strength and inspiration, not only to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, but to millions of Nigerians, who admire her calm disposition, wisdom, and enduring strength.”
Oseni noted that her antecedents as a distinguished lawmaker, devout Christian, and humanitarian remained “worthy of emulation by present and future generations.”
The lawmaker prayed for her continued health, wisdom, and divine protection, while urging Nigerians to celebrate “a woman whose life exemplifies dignity, courage, and service to God and humanity.”
“On behalf of the good people of Ibarapa East/Ido Federal Constituency, I heartily wish our dear First Lady a joyous birthday celebration, filled with peace, love, and fulfillment. May the years ahead bring greater accomplishments and blessings to you and the nation,” he added.
