

Adewale Kolapo Kareem, a governorship aspirant in Oyo State on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC), has unveiled a comprehensive plan for governance, focusing on food and human security, education, economic stability, health policy, trade, and commerce, among others. The plan was presented at the launch of his book, “Our Realistic Tomorrow,” held at the NBA Centre, Aare Afe Babalola Hall, Iyaganku, Ibadan, on January 10.
The book launch brought together prominent figures, including Hon. Charles Olufemi, Special Assistant to President Tinubu on Initiative Empowerment on Youth Agriculture, who praised Kareem’s intellectual contribution to academic works. Olufemi highlighted President Tinubu’s commitment to youth empowerment and agricultural transformation, noting that Kareem’s book aligns with the president’s vision.

Oyo APC Spokesperson, Hon. Wale Sadare, described Kareem as a man of excellence, passion, humility, and purpose, citing his achievements and recognition in Australia as a testament to his brilliance and commitment. Sadare encouraged Kareem to share his book with party leaders, emphasizing the party’s value for intellect and development.
In his remarks, Kareem lauded President Tinubu’s renewed hope initiative, outlining his own blueprint for governance. He emphasized free education, funded per head, and accessible to all, regardless of background or school type. Kareem also proposed proper funding for private schools, mobile clinics for improved healthcare, and the installation of CCTV cameras to enhance security.
Dr. Kolapo Kareem’s manifesto covers various sectors, including education, healthcare, security, and economic development. He assured that his government would create jobs through qualitative education and accurate data.
