During my visit to the AKK Aseyori Group at Aba Otun, Ona- Ara, on Saturday, 31st January 2026, I spoke directly with supporters about what governance in Oyo State must look like from 2027.
I made it clear: Oyo State needs bold, practical, and visionary leadership — not politics as usual.
Mobile Clinic Initiative with Tele-Consultation Support
I briefly explained my proposed Mobile Clinic Initiative, which will be launched when I am elected governor in 2027.
The programme will deploy fully equipped mobile medical units across all local governments to provide:
Basic medical consultations
Maternal and child healthcare
Routine health screenings
Preventive care and health education
Beyond physical visits, the initiative will integrate telemedicine access, allowing residents to:
Contact certified doctors directly by phone
Consult medical professionals via WhatsApp
Receive preliminary assessments and guidance remotely
This hybrid approach ensures that even when the mobile clinic is not physically present, citizens can still access medical advice and support.
Healthcare must reach the grassroots. Government must go to the people.
Industrialisation and Agricultural Parks Across Oyo
I also emphasised that real development requires economic expansion. My administration will prioritise:
Industrial parks in each senatorial district
Agricultural and agro-processing parks in local government areas
These parks will stimulate manufacturing, encourage value addition, create jobs, and expand internally generated revenue without overburdening citizens with taxes.
We must return to the visionary thinking of our forefathers. I referenced Cocoa House in Ibadan — a symbol of strategic economic planning and regional productivity. Our past leaders built enduring institutions that transformed the economy. We must do the same again.
Support and Interest-Free Loans for Small Businesses
To strengthen grassroots economic growth, I declared my commitment to providing:
Support programmes for traders and artisans
Capacity-building for entrepreneurs
Interest-free loans for small and medium-scale businesses
Small businesses are the backbone of our economy. When they grow, the state grows.
Challenge Politicians to Offer Something Different
I advised members of the public to begin challenging politicians. Ask them:
What will you do differently?
How will you fund your programmes?
What measurable outcomes will you deliver?
Leadership must be about substance, not slogans.
A Declaration of Conviction
In my conviction and belief, I stated clearly that the angel God has sent to fix Oyo State is me — not out of pride, but out of confidence in the preparation, experience, and vision I bring.
Oyo State can rise again.
Oyo State can industrialise.
Oyo State can guarantee healthcare access.
Oyo State can empower small businesses.
But it requires courageous, disciplined, and purposeful leadership.
AKK 2027 is not just an ambition — it is a movement to restore greatness.
And I am ready to lead.
